dex & stella founder Amanda Patterson grew up in the middle of Miami’s fashion industry. From a young age she learned that nothing inspired her creativity and happiness more than the world of fashion.

After graduating from college with a degree in music performance, Amanda immediately jumped on the opportunity to work for an established jewelry company. What started out as an entry-level position quickly became her dream job. Within the first month she was promoted to head of sales, representing the company at trade shows around the country. Shortly after that she was promoted to the design team, where she designed five collections a year. After 4 years with the company Amanda realized designing jewelry had truly become a passion and she was ready for the next big challenge. In 2007 she took the next big step and officially launched dex & stella jewelry.

Today dex & stella has established itself as a quality line of unique jewelry that is designed with the customer in mind. Our jewelry has been featured by People magazine (both US and Espanol), Gen Art, OK magazine, Gotham magazine and Latina Magazine, to name a few. dex & stella jewelry can be found in stores and resorts across the U.S. and Caribbean and in permanent showrooms in Miami and Atlanta. Through dex & stella jewelry, designer Amanda Patterson has finally found her way back to her fashion roots.
